WHAT: Don't miss Leonardo: 500 Years into the Future in it's only U.S. appearance! The world premiere of the largest, most comprehensive exhibit ever of the innovative art, science and engineering works of Leonardo da Vinci and his contemporaries comes to The Tech Museum of Innovation in Downtown San Jose. This unique exhibit combines over 200 artifacts including working models crafted from the original notebooks of Leonardo and the Renaissance engineers plus two masterpieces by Leonardo’s disciples on loan from the Uffizi Gallery.

WHAT: Join Greg Kihn and Chris Jackson at the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters this Monday morning! They'll be live on location registering voters, and hosting 2-time KFOX Last Band Standing winners Evolution (JOurney Tribute band)! October 6th is the last day to register to vote & still receive the Sample Ballot & Voter Information Pamphlet. Also, it's the first day to vote early – any registered voter in Santa Clara County can vote early. You still can register to vote until October 20th, but after October 6th you won’t receive the Sample Ballot.

The World Pumpkin Capital celebrates its bountiful fall harvest and autumn splendor with a spectacular lineup paying homage to The Great Gourd including a special display of gigantically enormous champion pumpkins, three stages of smashing entertainment, live music, the Great Pumpkin Parade with San Francisco Giants great Will Clark as Grand Marshal, a bone-chilling Haunted House, harvest-inspired crafts, homestyle foods, expert pumpkin carvers, photos with the grand champion gourd, pie-eating and costume contests, The Golden Gourds Youth Talent Show, The Take 5 Lounge with giant screen TV, the "ONE" Organic and Natural food tasting extravaganza, festival-label wine and Mavericks Pumpkin Harvest Ale. Admission is free. Presented by the Half Moon Bay Beautification Committee.
