Want to sync up your radio with the TV broadcast, and listen to the radio play-by-play? Here's how to do it:
Internet Stream/Mobile Device
If you are listening on your stereo speakers to the internet stream, or on a mobile device using sjsharks.com, kfox.com, the KFOX app, or an app such as TuneIn Radio, the internet stream is normally about 30 seconds behind the action you see on TV. Using your DVR, you can pause the live TV and/or pause the stream with the app until the TV synchs up with the radio feed.
Standard Radio
If you are listening to the game on regular radio, it is likely that you'll hear what happens on the ice before you see it on TV. Switch between standard definition and HD-TV feed to see which is closer. There are several methods of delaying the radio, including a product available at www.sportsyncradio.com or www.fansyncradio.com. Another way is through the freeward from www.daansystems.com/radiodelay
